DELIVERY

We offer all of our UK customers tracked delivery FREE of charge. All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail, DPD or Evri couriers.

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery.

For all international deliveries please allow 14 working days for delivery.

We aim to get all of your orders out as soon as possible, however this can sometimes vary depending on the current volume of orders we are experiencing.

RETURNS

At Katwalk Kimberleys we understand that sometimes products will need to be returned. If you wish to return an item(s), you have 28 days from the date of receiving your order. 

The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. 

​

Please note that we cannot accept your return if there is any sign of use or wear of the product, or if original tags have been removed. 

If you would like to return your order, please complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s). 

Please allow 1 – 3 working days to process a refund and your refund will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like the item(s) in a different size and/or colour, you will need to place a new order and follow the returns instructions for a refund of your original order.
